Born in Hollywood, CA in 1915, she was the sister of the famous Hollywood and stage actor Tyrone Power.
She studied in California with John Hubbard Rich (1876-1954), Aloys Bohnen (1889-1967) and John Garth (1889-1971).
She moved to New England during the 1950s and was married to Brigadier General E. Peter Hardenbergh who taught at Harvard University.  She exhibited at the Copley Society in Boston and maintained studios in Boston, Rockport, Winthrop, North Conway, N.H. and Venice, Florida.  She was a painter, musician and poet.  Recently a record price of $10,000 was set on Bonhams & Butterfields, CA for a portrait of her brother Tyrone Power.  This catalogue includes 99 works of art that are available for purchase from the artist estate.
